Orders are processed Monday through Friday and are shipped within 1–4 business days, excluding U.S. federal holidays and weekends.

Before processing an order, Mr. Smith will check whether the account has any outstanding payments or limitations placed on the account.

Opening Parcels are subject to specific Opening Parcel Commitment Form terms and conditions, which will be provided to you.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are usually delivered within 3–10 business days, depending on the delivery location.

Please note that orders containing aerosol products may experience slightly longer delivery times. These items are classified as dangerous goods and must be shipped by road.

Products considered aerosols include:

Hairspray, High Hold Hairspray, Dry Shampoo, Volumising Spray, Mousse, and Dry Texture Spray. All packs containing aerosols will be treated as aerosol products and shipped accordingly.

What if I won’t be there to receive my order?

We do not offer authority to leave parcels at the delivery address. A person nominated by you must be present at the location to accept the order.

What if my order is taking longer than expected?

If an order is not delivered within the expected timeframe, we can open an investigation with the relevant carrier to locate the parcel.

Please note that we cannot resend the order until the investigation is complete and the parcel is either located or officially classified as lost.

What if my parcel is returned to sender?

Please ensure you collect your parcel when specified by the carrier and follow all carrier updates and notifications.

If an order is returned to us as ‘returned to sender,’ you will be charged the full shipping cost to resend your order.
