How it works

The Mr. Smith Premium Partner Loyalty and Rewards Program is a loyalty and rewards initiative for salons. It’s designed to show our appreciation for ongoing support by offering tiered discounts, exclusive education opportunities, early access to launches, and marketing support.

The program is available to eligible professional salons and businesses purchasing Mr. Smith products.

Salons are assigned to one of six tiers based on their annual spend. Tiers range from Partner to Premium Partner Platinum, with increasing rewards and benefits as salons progress.

There are six tiers:

  • Partner
  • Premium Partner
  • Premium Partner Bronze
  • Premium Partner Silver
  • Premium Partner Gold
  • Premium Partner Platinum

Tiers are determined based on annual spend, with initial placement calculated using data from January 1, 2025, to December 30, 2025. Salons can move up tiers during the year as their spending increases.

Rewards

Rewards include:

  • Tiered discounts on all Mr. Smith products.
  • Complimentary shipping at certain tiers.
  • Annual rebates based on spend, redeemable for professional stock and marketing expenses.
  • Exclusive access to product launches, campaigns, and education.
  • Invitations to private events and training.

Discounts and education benefits are applied at checkout or during registration for events via your dedicated salon coupons. Rebates are applied to eligible purchases.

Yes, some rewards, such as rebates and education discounts, have expiration dates. Details can be found in your account dashboard.

No, rewards are non-transferable and can only be used by the assigned salon account.

Membership

No, membership is free.
