EDU by Mr. Smith

Meticulously crafted for hairstylists at every stage of their journey, EDU by Mr. Smith is not just a collection; it’s a statement. Each class, pathway and community experience is an invitation to Elevate, Develop, and Unite in Style, Substance and Simplicity.

How it works

The Mr. Smith Partner Program is an initiative program for eligible professional salons and businesses purchasing Mr. Smith products. It’s designed to show our appreciation for ongoing support by offering tiered discounts, exclusive education opportunities, early access to launches, and marketing support.

Salons are assigned to one of six tiers based on their annual spend. There are six tiers: Partner, Premium, Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum, with increasing rewards and benefits as salons progress.

Tiers are determined based on annual spend, with initial placement calculated using data from 1st January to 31st December each year. 

Tiers are reviewed annually in January. Following that review, and if a salon qualifies for a higher tier, they retain that status for one year, until the next yearly review. 

No, spending is calculated separately for each location or salon account. 

Rewards

Mr. Smith offers multiple rewards which include tiered discounts on all Mr. Smith products, complimentary shipping across select tiers, always-on opportunities, rebates based on spend, and exclusive access to product launches, campaigns and education.

Discounts and education benefits are applied at checkout or during registration for events via your dedicated salon coupons.

Yes, some rewards, such as rebates and education discounts, have expiration dates. Details can be found in your account dashboard.

No, rewards are non-transferable and can only be used by the assigned salon account.

This depends on the specific promotion. Some rewards and discounts may not be combined unless explicitly stated.

Membership

No, membership is free.

Salon details can be updated by contacting your Business Consultant.

Logging into your PRO Store account does not involve a password set up. Instead, we offer a one-time authentication numeric password that will be automatically sent to your email each time you log in.

Yes, to cancel your membership contact Mr. Smith via online form.

Unused rewards and benefits will be forfeited immediately upon cancellation.
